Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We are offering a fixed-term role for someone who is calm, organised, and good at keeping things on track. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will help make sure our field engineers are in the right place at the right time.
You will be based in our Southampton office. You will work with engineers, project teams, and planners. Your role will help projects run smoothly and on time.
You will plan daily schedules and match engineers to jobs. You will track progress and help solve problems early. You will also keep clear records and share updates with others.
This is a fast-paced role. It needs good communication and quick thinking. If you enjoy working with people and want to support a team that makes a real difference, we would like to hear from you.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for six months.
What you’ll bring;
You understand how the telecom or utilities world works. You’ve either worked in it before, or you’ve picked up enough knowledge to know what matters and what can go wrong. That means you’re ready to handle the pace and the pressure that comes with keeping infrastructure projects on track.
You know how to stay organised. You can juggle different tasks, switch gears when plans change, and still keep everything running smoothly. You don’t get flustered when things shift—you adapt and keep going.
You’re someone who spots problems early and knows how to fix them. You think things through, find the best way forward, and help others stay on track. You’re not afraid to make decisions when they’re needed.
You’re a strong communicator. You know how to explain things clearly, whether you’re talking to engineers, managers or other teams. You write things down in a way that makes sense and helps others stay informed.
You work well with others. Your part of the team, ready to support and share ideas. You help create a positive atmosphere where people feel heard and respected.
You pay attention to the details. You keep records tidy, accurate and up to date. You know that small mistakes can cause big problems, so you take care to get things right.
