You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.
Please note: This role offered is on a 12 month fixed term contract basis

What will you be doing?
Plan highway maintenance with Scheduler and Depot Supervisors, finding efficiencies.
Update programmes with delivery team progress and Street Works permits.
Challenge timings and details to improve accuracy and resource use.
Schedule effectively to meet response times and escalate delays as needed.
Support operations with Causeway technical help and admin tasks.
Promote collaboration to maximise resources and deliver quality.
What you’ll bring
- Strong IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience programming construction/maintenance works (highway maintenance preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and relationship-building abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act (Streetworks Noticing/Permitting)
