    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    What will you be doing?

    The PMO Lead supports the Head of PMO in delivering project portfolio oversight, governance, and operational excellence. This role ensures consistent project delivery standards, facilitates resource planning, and drives continuous improvement across the PMO. Key responsibilities include managing the project portfolio aligned to NGET or NESO priorities, implementing PMO processes and tools, overseeing governance and reporting, and monitoring performance, risks, and benefits. The role also supports project managers and delivery teams, coordinates portfolio-level insights for senior stakeholders, and champions knowledge sharing. Additionally, the PMO Lead manages PMO Analysts, providing feedback and development support to ensure high-quality delivery across the function.

    What you’ll bring?

    Essential:
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; PMO/project management experience; understanding of governance and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); excellent stakeholder engagement; ability to manage priorities and drive results; integrity, professionalism, resilience; collaborative and communicative; strategic focus; continuous improvement mindset; English and Maths qualifications; extensive PMO experience in telecoms/infrastructure; people management experience.

    Desirable:
    Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP); proficiency in tools (e.g., MS Project); passion for personal development.
