    M Group Highways

    At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

    You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

    What will you be doing?

    Enforce H&S compliance and lead incident investigations.
     
    Define standards, run inspections and apply corrective actions.- Communication & reporting
     
    Give timely sponsor updates on progress, risks and finances.
     
    Coach teams, set objectives and manage performance.- Contractual administration: Oversee contracts, variations and claims; escalate issues.
     
    Identify, assess and mitigate risks; maintain registers and contingencies.
     
    Coordinate 2nd/3rd-line specialists and subcontractors for escalations.

     

    What you’ll bring

    • Experience working in a similar role
    • Able to lead a team, and act as a role model
    • Strong Communication, both written and verbal
    • IT Literate
