    Where will you be working?

    M Group Highways

    At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

    You’ll be joining our Streetlighting team, as a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets.

    What will you be doing?

    • Maintain and update client trackers, internal trackers, and SharePoint records.
    • File and upload induction records, TBTs, work orders, and risk assessments.
    • Log plant returns, exchanges, and servicing requests.
    • Respond to client emails and provide updates on further works or service issues.
    • Produce and distribute structural testing certificates/results.
    • Prepare STAT job packs, print and check work orders, and run outstanding reports.
    • Send whereabouts/beenabouts and issue callouts throughout the day.
    • Open and close permits; update ICP tracker and reconcile with Mayrise/Confirm.
    • Support operatives with IT login issues and liaise with the IT provider.
    • Upload night scout jobs to operative tablets.
    • Request drawings from subcontractors.
    • Order consumables and process GRNs/material receipts.
    • Coordinate planned works, including letter drops, AWS erection/collection, and required approvals (EHO, bus stops, parking bays).
    • Manage and obtain approval for out‑of‑hours works.
    • Prepare KPI and Board Report data.
