Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our Wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Placement/Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various data-driven projects and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
Coordinate Diaries for Management Teams to help manage interview scheduling, job postings, and start dates.
Support the team in maintaining project trackers, status updates and timelines.
Support Hiring Managers and Recruiters by assisting with documentation ensuring our employees have a smooth onboarding experience.
Work with manager to organise onboarding events related to hiring in the utilities sector.
What you'll bring
- Currently enrolling in for a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
This is a full-time position for the duration of the summer with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.
