Key Responsibilities/what they’ll be doing (no more than 100 words)
- Lead and own the bid strategy and delivery for all In‑Home opportunities within the Energy Division, aligned to business growth and margin targets.

- Provide end‑to‑end oversight of the bid lifecycle, from opportunity shaping and governance through to submission and handover.
- Partner with In‑Home contract and business leaders to ensure bids are operationally deliverable and strategically aligned.
- Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to develop robust pricing, risk management, and value propositions.
- Ensure all bids meet quality, compliance, and governance standards, delivering compelling, client‑focused submissions.
- Lead, develop, and support the In‑Home bid team, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high‑risk bids, supporting go/no‑go and executive decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practice, and effective use of bid content and data.
