Where will you be working?
We are looking for a structured and proactive Engineering Delivery Support Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and transparency to Engineering demand, capacity, and delivery activity.
Acting as a central coordination point, you will ensure leadership has an accurate, up-to-date view of what teams are working on, supporting better planning, prioritisation, and decision-making. This is an inward-facing role focused on reporting, data quality, and alignment, working through influence rather than direct ownership of delivery.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain a clear, forward-looking view of Engineering demand, capacity, and resource allocation
- Coordinate weekly delivery updates across teams and consolidate into concise leadership reporting
- Produce consistent, repeatable reporting artefacts highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies
- Extract, manage, and improve delivery data from Azure DevOps and other tools
- Ensure alignment between team-level data and central reporting outputs
- Work closely with Engineering Leads, Team Leads, and PMO to ensure reporting is accurate and aligned
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues to support informed decision-making
Essential skills & experience
You bring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to create structure across multiple teams. You are comfortable working with data and engaging stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Experience in a PMO, delivery support, or coordination role within IT/Engineering
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident working with structured data (Excel, reporting tools)
- Ability to gather, validate, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred)
