Where you'll be working?
The Portfolio Raid Manager will operate at the heart of Engineering delivery, maintaining a clear, forward looking view of demand, capacity, and resource allocation across multiple teams. They will coordinate weekly updates, consolidate progress into concise leadership reporting, and ensure all delivery data-from Azure DevOps to team‑level inputs, is accurate, aligned, and actionable.
Working closely with Engineering Leads, Team Leads, and the PMO, they will identify risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues early, enabling informed decision‑making and smoother delivery flow. This environment suits someone highly organised, detail‑driven, confident with structured data, and experienced in PMO or delivery support roles within IT or Engineering, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile ways of working.
What you'll be doing?
- Maintain a clear, forward-looking view of Engineering demand, capacity, and resource allocation
- Coordinate weekly delivery updates across teams and consolidate into concise leadership reporting
- Produce consistent, repeatable reporting artefacts highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies
- Extract, manage, and improve delivery data from Azure DevOps and other tools
- Ensure alignment between team-level data and central reporting outputs
- Work closely with Engineering Leads, Team Leads, and PMO to ensure reporting is accurate and aligned
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues to support informed decision-making
Essential skills & experience?
You'll bring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to create structure across multiple teams. You are comfortable working with data and engaging stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Experience in a PMO, delivery support, or coordination role within IT/Engineering
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident working with structured data (Excel, reporting tools)
- Ability to gather, validate, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred)
