    This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

    What you'll be doing? 
     

    You'll be leading and managing the national PMO Coordinator team, overseeing workloads, allocating responsibilities and ensuring the PMO delivers efficient, high-quality support across the Infrastructure business.

    You'll be driving PMO performance by monitoring team objectives, producing performance reports, maintaining PMO processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

    You'll be ensuring PMO policies, procedures and standards are consistently applied, supporting audits, managing corrective actions and coordinating training and development for PMO staff.

    You'll be supporting project delivery through the management of project documentation, systems, records and reporting, ensuring information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.

    You'll be overseeing health, safety, quality and compliance activities, helping project teams meet company and client requirements while maintaining key records and controls.

    You'll be coordinating planning, resource management, onboarding, training and competency activities, ensuring staff have the qualifications, equipment and system access required to perform their roles.

    You'll be supporting procurement, sales and operational activities, including maintaining project and CRM systems, arranging equipment and materials, and supporting the efficient running of projects.

    What you'll bring?

    • Do you have strong planning, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively?
    • Do you have good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Project?

    • Do you have the ability to work independently, use your own initiative and contribute as part of a team?

    • Do you have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development?

    • Do you have a minimum NVQ/SVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent? A degree in a business, management or technical discipline would be advantageous.

    • Do you have, or are you willing to obtain, an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)?

    • Do you have experience in a project administration, PMO or project coordination role within a medium or large organisation?
