      We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations.       What will you be doing? 

      You’ll be a vital part of our team, spending most of your time on-site across Thames Water Retail contracts, ensuring operational safety and compliance. You’ll lead site inspections, review RAMS, prepare clear reports, and provide hands-on SHEQ guidance to teams.

      You’ll investigate incidents, support accident prevention initiatives, deliver inductions, and facilitate SHEQ training. Your knowledge will help maintain our industry standards, compiling KPI reports, supporting audits, and promoting a proactive safety culture for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

      What you’ll bring 

      • Do you hold a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate and valid CSCS or EUSR SHEA certification?
      • Have you gained a solid understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations?
      • Can you demonstrate knowledge of the water industry, including temporary works and street works?
      • Are you confident delivering engaging training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings?
      • Will you support teams to meet and sustain required competency standards?
