    As a People Business Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational people support across a diverse, multi-site environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help shape and deliver people plans that support business performance, engagement, organisational change and growth.

    Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence and wider People teams, you'll use insight, data and expertise to deliver practical solutions that drive consistency, improve capability and support the achievement of business objectives.

    What will you be doing?

    Partner with leaders across the business to provide strategic people support, building strong relationships and delivering solutions that drive performance, engagement and business success. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, influence decision-making and ensure people priorities align with operational objectives.

    Use people data and business insight to identify trends, inform decisions and support workforce planning. You'll help leaders navigate organisational change, promote best practice and ensure a consistent approach to people management across the business.

    Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and specialist People functions to deliver joined-up solutions across areas including talent, reward, employee relations, organisational development and change management.

    Coach and support leaders through complex people matters, helping build capability, improve team effectiveness and create a positive employee experience across multiple locations and business units.

    What you'll bring

    Essential

    • Proven People Business Partner experience within a large, complex organisation.
    • Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritise high-impact initiatives.
    • Experience working with Centres of Excellence and specialist HR teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    • Data-driven, commercially focused and able to turn insight into action.
    • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
    • Experience working within matrix organisations and multi-site environments.

    Desirable

    • Experience supporting safety-critical or highly regulated environments.
