  • Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Videographer & Photographer will take ownership of creating high-quality visual content that brings M Group, our people and the essential services we deliver to life. You will be responsible for producing engaging video and photography content across a variety of channels, supporting marketing, communications, recruitment, employer brand, internal communications, events and corporate campaigns.

Working as part of the creative team, you'll manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to create compelling visual stories. You'll also help build capability across the team by providing guidance and coaching on photography, videography and content creation best practice.

Want to come and be a part of it?

    What will you be doing?

Lead the planning, production and delivery of high-quality photography, videography and b-roll content that supports M Group's marketing, communications and business priorities. You'll take creative briefs and transform them into engaging visual content that showcases our people, projects and services across multiple channels and audiences.

Manage the full production process, from shoot planning and stakeholder engagement through to filming, photography, editing and post-production. You'll ensure all content meets brand standards, delivers against objectives and is optimised for digital, social media, website and internal communications platforms.

Build and maintain a high-quality image and video asset library, ensuring colleagues have access to approved, brand-aligned visual content. You'll also advise stakeholders on creative approaches, filming requirements and production standards to maximise the impact of visual communications.

Continuously improve visual content capability across the business by identifying new tools, technologies and production techniques. You'll coach colleagues on photography, videography and editing best practice while helping to develop more efficient and effective ways of working.
