Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the Companies Aviation costing system which includes: month end close, reconciling to Company Financial system and reporting on any variances. Review / reconcile all projects to ensure accuracy against contracted values
- Reconciliation of costs that are recovered on a schedule of rates, reconciling costs that are non recoverable and disallowable.
- Accurately compiling the costs for Monthly Reports for the Commercial team and complete variance analysis.
- Manage a team of staff over 3 locations, whose duties are to ensure accurate data entry of all project costs for client valuations of: weekly wages, staff timesheets, orders, goods received notes, query solving, sub contractor accruals, stock management and journals, invoice matching invoices and applications onto the costing system.
- Monthly compliance checks and reporting, and assisting the client auditors during our annual audits.
