Where will you be working?
Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?
- Reconciliation & daily data input of weekly labour costs
- Reconciliation & daily data input of material, subcontractor and plant costs
- Other associated tasks – journals, report running and reconciliations
- Office administration tasks such as Filing and dealing with incoming emails to the team
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll bring
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail you will:
- You’ll have proven experience in a similar office-based role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes – demonstrable experience with Excel is essential
- Ideally have experience of using costing software systems
- You will be keen to develop own profile and grow within the company by finding opportunities to progress
- You’ll be a Team Player – essential to work as a part of a team under the supervision of your Manager
