Where you'll be working?
As our Technology Business Partner Lead, you will operate at the heart of our transformation, not only shaping the technology direction for your assigned division, but leading and orchestrating a high-performing team of Technology Business Partners across the organisation. You act as the strategic link between IT and the business, shaping and prioritising demand, leading the TBP team, aligning stakeholders, and driving technology‑enabled value through platforms, data, AI, and automation.
What you'll be doing?
- Lead and develop a high‑performing TBP team with consistent standards and practices.
- Shape and prioritise divisional technology demand and ensure strong, value‑driven business cases.
- Build trusted senior relationships and manage cross‑divisional alignment and escalations.
- Ensure delivery of measurable value and drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Champion modern technology, data, AI, automation, and platform‑led innovation.
- Foster a high‑accountability, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
Essential skills & experience?
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a complex, matrixed environment, particularly in business partnering or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technology into clear business outcomes.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused leader who can balance strategic ambition with execution reality.
- Strong stakeholder management experience at senior leadership (MD/SLT) level.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to align multiple divisions and stakeholders around shared priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile and modern delivery practices.
- Experience in demand management, portfolio shaping, and value realisation.
